Connecting Decisiveness to the Social Studies Curriculum

Decisiveness can be studied by looking at the Justice System. In the courts, Judges are asked to make decisions using the law and presented facts. Jurors make decisions based on the same thing. During a trial, many motions are made by lawyers on both sides that a judge must provide a decision on immediately. That is a true test of decisiveness.
