All training content and exercises revolve around a universal language of 49 positive character qualities. The training is highly interactive and relies on transformational learning which empowers individuals to discover their own answers. By helping individuals and organizations identify their strengths, we help facilitate positive change. This universal language of character can be integrated into company core values and leadership training.

The goal of this program is to ensure ONGOING practice of these principles throughout your business. This is not a one-day fix-it seminar. It is designed to be an ongoing commitment that will result in a change of the culture of your organization.

Half and full-day interactive training modules for management and staff include:

  • Systematic Focus on Character: Introductory Session
  • Character Development Exercises: Experiential Sessions in Personal Development
  • Transformation Plan Exercises: Creating a Personal Plan for Growth
  • Departmental Strengths and Weaknesses: Group Exercise by Department
  • Helping Others Develop Character: Emphasizing, Requiring and Recognizing
  • Human Resource System for Managers: Selection, Training, Appraisal and Recognition
  • "Business of Character" Implementation: Commitments and Components

Human resource and training professionals are available to assist in keeping the “Business of Character” program energized and effective. Optional services include pre-hire and development on-line assessments.
