Thomas J. Hattersley

Thomas J. Hattersley is a management consultant specializing in human resources management. He has 30 years experience including every aspect of human resource management working with large organizations such as Cintas, Broadwing Inc., The Kroger Co. and XPEDX. Having retired as Vice President of HR for Broadwing, Tom is now a partner in Pathway Guidance LLC, a human resources software service provider. He is a part of the adjunct faculty at the Graduate School, Department of Management at Miami University.

Mary Andres Russell 

Mary is a highly regarded professional with 20+ years of experience directing educational and marketing programs for corporations and non-profits. She has facilitated various training workshops, championed philanthropic development efforts and is a sought after speaker, having delivered hundreds of presentations in the U.S., Canada and Australia. As Executive Director of the Character Council, she facilitates personal development seminars and leads this community-wide initiative in promoting good character.
